Travel LVN/LPN - Outpatient Clinic | California

Pay Breakdown:
Weekly Gross: $1,840.39
Weekly Stipend: $1,160.39
Weekly Taxable: $680.00

Requirements:

• Active California LVN license (must be active at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient experience
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
• IV Certification and Blood Withdrawal Certification
• Strong phlebotomy and IV start skills
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions or declinations)

Schedule & Assignment Details:

• 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• May work 1 weekend per month at an Urgent Care location if needed
• Floating required
• No on call
• No scheduling requests can be accommodated

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient intake, assessments, and vital signs
• Prepare patients and exam/procedure rooms
• Review medications and medical records before provider visits
• Document patient information accurately
• Administer medications, injections, and IV medications
• Support physicians and nursing staff in ambulatory/outpatient care settings

Ideal Candidate: Experienced outpatient LVN with strong IV and phlebotomy skills, flexible to float, available for occasional weekend coverage, and comfortable working in a high-volume primary care environment.
