Description
Job Description
Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing assessments and therapy to patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, document care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient goals
Position Details (No mileage requirement)
- 13-week contract assignment
- Outpatient Rehab Services
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Day shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
