Unit: 28-Bed Neuro/Telemetry Unit
Patient Ratio: 1:4-5

Weekly Pay Package:

Weekly Tax-Free Stipend to be paid: $1,243.34

Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable): $1,206.72

Weekly Gross: $2,450.06

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of Telemetry RN experience
• Recent EPIC experience (within last 12 months)
• Recent Phlebotomy and IV start/maintenance experience (must be listed on resume)
• Experience with stroke scales, neuro patients, and post-trauma patients

Required Certifications:

• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS

Additional Requirements:

• Active RN with nursing degree accredited by ACEN or CCNE
• Float required
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interviews required (include candidate availability with submission)
• Solid black scrubs required

RTO Policy:

• Maximum 7 days RTO
• No RTO allowed during the first 2 weeks of the assignment
• No block scheduling requests

Ideal Candidate: Strong Neuro/Tele RN experienced with stroke and post-trauma patients, proficient in EPIC, phlebotomy, and IV skills, and comfortable floating as needed.
