Position

• Ratio: 1:5
• Experience required: 2 years
• Community hospital experience: Required
• Previous Charge RN experience: Preferred
• First-time travelers: Accepted

• Staffed beds: 240
• ICU: 16 beds
• Scrubs: Navy

Schedule

• Weekend requirement: 8 weekend shifts during the Saint Luke’s 6-week schedule period, combining Friday/Saturday/Sunday
• Holiday shifts: As needed
• Charge RN assignments: As needed by the unit
• On-call: No
• Block scheduling: No
• RTO: Maximum 7 days
• Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks; cancelled shifts must match the contractor's assigned regular shift length

Floating

Yes. Regular floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities, within the clinician's scope.
