Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience
• Associate degree in Respiratory Care
• NBRC CRT or RRT
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• NRP
• Must have some neonatal and pediatric experience
• Experience with high-risk deliveries preferred

Onboarding Requirements — Strict

1. Iowa SING background check required — both Criminal and Child Abuse portions; no exceptions.
2. All county and state background checks must be fully cleared before start.
3. Instant or statewide-only searches are not accepted.
4. Mandatory Reporter certification required for Child and Adult.
5. Drug test must be a 10-panel screening including opiates.
