Screening Points – Surgical Technologist / OR

Must-Haves:

2 years OR experience within the last 3 years — facility strongly prefers 3 years
Level I Trauma experience — at least 1 year within the last 3 years
1 year of travel experience within the last 3 years
General surgery – proficient/expert
Ortho – proficient/expert; total joint experience is a MUST
Neuro – proficient/expert; Crani & Spine experience is a MUST
Vascular – proficient/expert
Trauma – proficient/expert
Robotics / Da Vinci – MUST
- Must have cardiac Da Vinci experience
- Must be able to move robotic arms and drape
Previous regular employee of the facility – NOT eligible
