Description
X-Ray Technologist – Job Requirements
- Specialty: X-Ray Tech / Radiologic Technologist
- Shift: Nights, 10x4 — 10-hour shifts
- Minimum Experience:
- 1 year Level I Trauma experience, OR
- 2–3 years at a large Level II Trauma facility
- BLS required
- ARRT required
- Graduate of a JRCERT/ARRT-approved program
- Experience with OR, ED, inpatient and portable X-ray
- Must be willing to learn pediatric and neonatal imaging
- Operate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment
- Evaluate images for technical quality
- Epic & Sectra EMR experience
- Equipment: GE, Philips, Carestream
- Must be willing to float between departments as needed
- Must be comfortable working with students and performing competency check-offs
