Travel Med-Surg/Tele RN | Cleveland Clinic Main Campus | Cleveland, OH

Care for med-surg/tele patients at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. The assignment has 12-hour day and night shifts (7 a.m.–7:30 p.m. or 7 p.m.–7:30 a.m.). The facility will try to honor shift preferences but may rotate travelers to meet staffing needs. Floating may include J1-2, J33, and the ED to care for the same patient population.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of combined permanent staff experience in med-surg/tele
• Permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at submission
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications; AHA or American Red Cross accepted
• Work at least every other holiday

During orientation, travelers must pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments within two attempts.

Recruiter submission notes: Include all requested time off and one reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty from work performed within the past 12 months. Cleveland Clinic permits submission to only one of its jobs at a time. Local candidates are accepted. Former permanent or per diem staff must have been separated for at least one year. BCI/FBI fingerprints are due within 48 hours of contract signing.
