Needed before onboarding: License/certificate verification; 10-panel drug screen; criminal background, education, exclusion-list and other Trinity checks; specialty competency testing, Joint Commission testing, skills checklist, required forms, and system access paperwork. Health items include COVID-19 vaccine documentation, MMR, varicella, hepatitis B, Tdap, TB testing (two-step PPD or IGRA), fit test, and a physical/health statement.

Influenza vaccine: Marked optional in this credential list.
