Requirements

Active NY RN License in Hand prior to submission
Minimum 2+ years of recent LDRP experience
Community hospital experience required
Certifications Required:
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
- AWHONN Intermediate
- FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring)

Telemetry Test Requirement

Mandatory telemetry assessment during orientation
15-question exam
Must score 80% or higher
Two attempts allowed
Failure after the second attempt will result in contract cancellation
