Unit: Level III NICU
Start Date: ASAP
Experience: 2+ years total experience, including at least 1 year in NICU
First-Time Travelers: No
On-Call: No
Weekend: Every other weekend; may exceed based on unit needs
Block Scheduling: Not available
Float: May float to Mother-Baby for babies; may float fully if experienced with couplet care
Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
RTO: All RTO must be included at submission; approval depends on facility needs
Local Radius: 50 miles — local rate applies
