RN Clinical Perioperative Nurse
Description
The RN Clinical Perioperative Nurse is a proactive member of the interdisciplinary care team, providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. The RN works in a clinical environment supported by Nurse Managers and other leaders and follows the organization’s professional practice standards, evidence-based practices, and core nursing competencies.
The RN is responsible for delivering care in accordance with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, applicable scope-of-practice requirements, and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. The role also involves advocating for patients and families, following organizational policies and procedures, and supporting service excellence.
Requirements
- Schedule: Day Shift, 6:45 AM–5:15 PM, 4 days per week
- Days: Monday–Friday
- Call: 30-minute callback requirement; on-call coverage according to unit rotation
- Contract Start: After 10/10/2026
- License: RN Single-State or RN Compact/Multi-State License
- BLS: BLS, American Red Cross BLS, or BLS-I
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience
