Registered Nurse – Correctional | Night Shift | Weekly Pay
Weekly Pay: Competitive
Start Date: 10/27/2026
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 3x12s | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
Weekend: Every other weekend
Charting: Cerner
We’re hiring an experienced Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Correctional for a 13-week contract in Chicago.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recent acute care Med/Surg RN experience
- Previous correctional nursing experience required
- Active Illinois RN license required at submission
- BLS required
- Cerner experience
- Strong medication administration, documentation, IV therapy, wound care, respiratory, and emergency response skills
Additional Details:
- High-volume medication pass with barcode scanning/documentation
- Mandatory floating within scope based on facility needs
- No block scheduling
- Locals accepted
- Free parking, first come/first served
- Navy blue scrubs
