RN Clinical Nurse – Critical Care

Description
The RN Clinical Nurse – Critical Care is a proactive member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, responsible for providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. The RN collaborates with licensed and unlicensed caregivers in a clinical environment supported by Nurse Managers and other leadership.

The role follows the Wellstar Professional Practice Model, evidence-based practices, and organizational values. The RN is expected to maintain appropriate licensure, follow the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, and adhere to applicable scope-of-practice requirements and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.

The RN advocates for patients and families, follows organizational policies and procedures, and supports service excellence throughout the patient care experience.

Requirements

• Shift: 6:45 PM–7:15 AM (Night Shift)
• Specialty: Neuro Critical Care experience required
• Weekends: 3 weekend shifts required
• RN License: Single-State or Compact/Multi-State RN License
• BLS: Required
• ACLS: Required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience
