Description

Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum Registered Nurse (LDRP / OB RN) – Night Shift

Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
- Schedule Protocol: 12-hour rotating nights. Coverage may include weekends and holidays as needed. Occasional labor call or overtime required.
- Dual-Unit Expectation: Must work cross-functionally across both active Labor & Delivery and Postpartum care units.
Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract Assignment | 1 Open Position
Location Region: Grants, New Mexico (NM)

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

Education Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required (Bachelor of Science in Nursing / BSN preferred) [HARDSTOP].
Clinical Competency [HARDSTOP]: Dual competency in all phases of perinatal nursing—including acute labor support, high-risk delivery circulating, postpartum recovery, and comprehensive newborn assessment [HARDSTOP].
State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active New Mexico State RN License or active multi-state eNLC Compact RN License [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - ALL 4 REQUIRED]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring (AWHONN or equivalent) certification [HARDSTOP].
