Description
Associate DON for Behavioral Health
Department CPEP/Inpatient/Outpatient
Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action. Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.
Must have a Behavioral Health background in both CPEP/Outpatient and Inpatient.
Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role.
Required Education: -Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Preferred Education: -Masters degree in Nursing.
RN and BLS-AHA
