Description

Day shift: 6 am to 630 pm OR Night shift: 6 pm – 630 am

Phlebotomy, Blood bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis. Micro: gram stains and planting

Rotate through weekends (usually every 4-5th)

May work a holiday (rotated amongst staff)

Major: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.

Minor: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day

Also, can chose to work the holiday if they want.

Need flu vaccine or declination okayed by a physician.

Must have MMR, Varicella, TB (Quanteferon Gold)
