Description

Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU | Ann Arbor, MI

📍 Ann Arbor, MI
🗓️ 13-week contract assignment with possibility of extension
⏰ 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Night Shift
📅 Every Other Weekend (EOW)
🎄 Holiday Requirement: Must work Thanksgiving and one additional winter holiday

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered.
Assess and document patient status and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
Provide patient and family education and support.

Requirements:

Active Michigan RN license
BLS certification
Previous PCU/Step-Down experience
Epic experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work night shifts, EOW, Thanksgiving, and one additional winter holiday
