Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN to join a comprehensive Cath Lab providing cardiac and peripheral services in Southwest Oklahoma. The RN will monitor and care for patients during procedures, assist with pre- and post-procedure activities, and participate in rotating call coverage.

Cath Lab Procedures

The facility performs a wide range of cardiac and interventional procedures, including:

• Left and Right Heart Catheterization
• PTCA and stent placement
• Thrombectomy and atherectomy
• Carotid diagnostic procedures and stenting
• Peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Pacemaker insertion
• Tilt table testing
• Kyphoplasty
• AV graft diagnostic procedures, stenting, and thrombectomy

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients during Cath Lab procedures.
• Operate and monitor equipment such as:
  • Philips Laser System
  • IVUS
  • OCT
  • Coronary and peripheral atherectomy devices
• Monitor patients during Lexiscan stress testing.
• Assist with pre- and post-procedure patient care.
• Transport patients as needed.
• Assist physicians and the Cath Lab team during procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Rotate call coverage during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience – REQUIRED
• Recent traveler experience – Preferred
• Oklahoma RN license or Compact RN license
• Current BLS – AHA
• Current NIH
• ACLS – AHA preferred

Schedule

• 4×10-hour day shifts
• 36 hours guaranteed/week
• On-call: 7 days per month, non-consecutive
• Weekend coverage is on-call only
• Call may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
