Description

Required Certifications:

Virginia State Pharmacist License – Required

Required Experience:

Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacist experience
Experience with complex/critical-care patients
Trauma/Burn/Critical Care experience preferred
Experience with Pediatrics, Cardiac Surgery, and ECMO
IV verification and IV compounding experience
DoseEdge, Pyxis, Meditech Expanse, and Vigilanz experience
Vancomycin AUC dosing experience
Experience with Aminoglycoside dosing
Experience with renal dosing
Experience with warfarin, enoxaparin, electrolyte protocols, heparin, and DOACs
Hospital pharmacy experience is required.
