Shift Notes:
12-hour shifts are day hours, they can range from starting at 6;30am, 8am, 9am or 10am / On Call: Y: Every third weekend either 12 or 24 hours and potentially 2-4 nights weekly. / 36 Hour Guarantee / May be asked to float to ICU
