Description

**Auto Offer position**

Shift Notes:

Weekdays, 3x12s, 7a-7p, 36 hrs/week; Holiday rotation; Call: Minimal on-call; Monday-Friday, rotation, 19:00-22:00. Saturdays on-call scheduled 19:00-07:00; Sundays on-call either 07:00-19:00 or 19:00-06:00. On-call shifts on weekends rotate amongst staff

Requirements:
Recent 2years of Dialysis experience
BLS from AHA
