THE ROLE
This is a Level 1 trauma center with highly complex patients: neuro, ortho, trauma, general surgery, GYN, endoscopy, and peds — no cardiac, no OB. Anesthesia is loosely medically directed. The schedule is 8- and 10-hour shifts with 40 hours per week guaranteed and overtime after your scheduled shift; this is full-time continuous coverage (not a 2-on/2-off rotation). The facility is flexible with time-off requests, and culture and continuity of care are genuine priorities here.

board-certified CRNA with Level 1 trauma experience and an active Virginia license (licensing candidates will be considered). Epic EMR. Travel is covered — airfare, lodging, and car rental, or a travel stipend of up to $3,500 per month. Credentialing typically takes 75–100 days.
