The facility is part of a continuing care retirement community that provides multiple levels of senior care on one campus, including long-term care, assisted living, memory care, post-hospital rehab, and hospice services. The long-term care community has 112 certified beds and provides 24-hour nursing services.
Position Details
- LPN– Long-Term Care
- 13 weeks
- 36 hours/week
- 3x12-hour shifts
- Day shift: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Night shift: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Travel: $15/hr taxable + $1,100/week stipend
- Estimated weekly gross: $1,640/week for 36 hours
- OT: $40/hr
- Local: $38/hr
- Local OT: $57/hr
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent LTC/SNF LPNexperience
- Active Iowa or Compact LPN license
- BLS – AHA
