Description

13-week contract
Night shift: 6:30 PM–7:00 AM
3x12-hour shifts
2 years of experience required
RRT & RCP required
Oklahoma RCP license required; pending license not accepted
BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP required
Epic experience preferred
Community hospital experience required
LTAC and Trauma experience preferred
425-bed facility
Patient ratio: 20:1
Weekend coverage required; 6 weekend shifts per contract
Must be willing to float, including to other Integris facilities up to 75 miles
No block scheduling
No more than 5 days RTO per 13 weeks; no holiday RTO
Must live more than 75 miles from the facility
Valid DL/State ID + recent utility bill matching the traveler's name/address required at submission
2 supervisory references required
No license hits accepted
Only 1 Integris submission allowed per traveler
COVID & Flu vaccines required; medical/religious exemptions accepted
Key experience: ECMO, bronchoscopy, trachs, nitric oxide, Veletri, lung transplants, Level II trauma, ER, mechanical ventilation
Guaranteed hours: 84 hours/contract week
