Submission Requirements

  • 2+ Years of MLT Experience - [REQUIRED]
  • Experience with Sunquest and Epic - [REQUIRED]
  • Experience with Ortho Blood Bank and Chemistry, Siemens coag and urines, Sysmex hematology - [REQUIRED]
  • Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50 mile radius restriction) - Required

Profile Requirements:

  • Work History
  • Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (Laboratory) - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • Active ASCP Certification - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]

Certification Requirements

  • ASCP
Shift Notes: 7 on 7 off / 4*10's (8P - 6:30A) followed by 3*12's (8P - 8:30A) / 36 Hour Guarantee Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
