Travel LPN – Long-Term Care (LTC)

$1,600 Weekly Gross Pay

Location: Clifton Springs, NY

Shift: Mid | 5x8s | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
• Active New York LPN license required (pending licenses not accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Previous charge experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• EPIC charting experience required
• LTAC experience required

Skills & Experience

• Long-term care and skilled nursing facility experience
• Medication administration
• Feeding tube care and management
• Foley catheter insertion and care
• Blood glucose monitoring
• Oxygen administration
• Vital sign monitoring
• Wound and skin care
• Patient admissions and assessments
• Communication of patient status changes to physicians and RNs
• Isolation precautions and PPE
• Ambulation and patient care

Additional Details

• Every other weekend required.
• Holiday coverage required every other holiday, if needed.
• Floating within the clinician's scope of practice is required.
• Patient ratio: 1:10
• EPIC charting required.
• Scrub color: Any combination of navy blue and white.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Local candidates accepted at a $10 lower rate.
• Time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted with the application.
