Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide nursing care to adult oncology patients in an endocrine/oncology clinic setting.</li><li>Assess patients and monitor symptoms, treatment response, and changes in condition.</li><li>Support patients with hematologic and oncology diagnoses, including leukemia, lymphoma, anemia, and other blood disorders.</li><li>Administer medications/treatments and provide ongoing patient monitoring.</li><li>Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medications, follow-up care, and disease management.</li><li>Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient documentation in Epic.</li><li>Provide safe, patient-centered oncology nursing care.</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>1+ year of Oncology RN experience required</li><li>Inpatient and/or outpatient oncology experience</li><li>Epic experience</li><li>BLS required</li><li>ACLS preferred</li><li>OCN preferred</li><li>Valid Compact or applicable State RN license in hand at submission</li><li>Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program</li></ul>
