Local Radius rule:  No locals -- All candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility (based on drivers license)
 

Employee Separation Policy:  Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months.  If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply

HOLIDAY update:  unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

• NBO: 16 hrs
• EMR: EPIC
• OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
• Call Back:  1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
• On Call: $9/hr
• Charge/Precept: $6/hr

Billable OT: 
 

• 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
• 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

UNIT information:
 

• Bed Size: 2 procedure, 3 pre/post bays
• Ratios: 1:3
• Patient types: non invasive cardiology procedures; TEE, cardioversions, stress testing, prep/post and procedural

Orientation Date(s): 10/26, 11/2, 11/9

• 24 mos minimum experience in Cardiac/cardiology, Cath, or Vascular setting [required]
• 1st time travelers accepted with at least 3 years experience
• pre/post op experience [required]
• Diagnostic procedures experience
• EPIC emr experience [required]
• TEE experience [required]
• Cardioversion experience [required]
• Stress Testing experience [preferred]

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
 

• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current pre/post op or cath or cardiac experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (pre/post op or cath or cardia) – [required]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
• Driver’s License [document] [required]
• AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS – [required]
