Description
RN – Medical Surgical | Lubbock, TX
Location: Lubbock, TX
Shift: Nights, 4x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Hours: 48 hours approved
Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:4 to 1:5
Charting: Epic required
First-time travelers: Accepted
Float: Required
Call: No call
Requirements:
• Epic experience required
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred
• Med/Surg experience
• MS/Tele experience preferred
• Must be comfortable floating between units
• Weekend requirement: 6 shifts in a 6-week period
• No block scheduling
• 48 hours approved
Unit Details:
• Adults and geriatrics
• 13 rooms
• Self-scheduling
• Expected ratio approximately 1:5
• Orientation: 40 hours
• Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, PT, respiratory, phlebotomy, radiology, pharmacy, social services, rapid response, and transportation
Facility Highlights:
