Description

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Rotational Day/Night Shift

Schedule: Rotational Day or Night Shift (3 or 4 shifts per week) | 24-Hour Operational Coverage | On-call, weekend, holiday, and overtime coverage required as assigned.
- Leave Policy [HARDSTOP]: No requested time off (RTO) or leave requests will be approved for the duration of this assignment [HARDSTOP].

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

Education Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Associate’s degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent completion certificate from an accredited respiratory care program [HARDSTOP].
Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ to 3+ years of acute care hospital experience in respiratory care required [HARDSTOP].
Primary Professional Credentials [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential issued by the NBRC [HARDSTOP].
State / Territorial Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license from any U.S. state, territory, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - ALL 4 REQUIRED]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification [HARDSTOP].
