Description
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Day Shift
- Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 07:00 – 19:00 | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
- Weekend & On-Call Protocol: Every-other-weekend (EOW) coverage; minimal weekend requirements due to dedicated staff coverage. No on-call or standby required.
- Scheduling & Floating Protocol: No guaranteed block scheduling. Floating between 3 facility campuses (all within 20–25 minutes of each other) may occur infrequently to protect guaranteed hours.
- Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs (plain or facility-branded sweatshirts allowed; no hoodies).

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
- Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated, high-acuity Emergency Department RN experience strictly required [HARDSTOP]. Not suitable for new/inexperienced ED nurses; candidate must be self-sufficient in smaller, fast-paced acute care facilities.
- State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active multi-state eNLC Compact RN License strictly required [HARDSTOP] (facility floating includes across-state-line campuses).
- Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - ALL 4 REQUIRED]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA PALS or ENPC (Pediatric Advanced Life Support / Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active NIHSS (Stroke Scale Certification) [HARDSTOP].
- EMR Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical mastery and proficiency with Epic EMR strictly required [HARDSTOP].
