Hard Requirement
- Must have SVE (Sterile Vaginal Exam) experience
Patient Ratios
- Labor: Goal of 1:1
- Postpartum: Approximately 1:3 couplets, with CNA support
- Antepartum: 1:2–3
- Triage: 3 skilled RNs per shift
Staffing & Support
- 2 Surgical Techs on days
- 2 Surgical Techs on nights
- 3 CNAs per shift in Postpartum
- 3–4 delivering providers available 24/7
- 2 CRNAs available 24/7
- 2 Health Unit Coordinators available 24/7
