-The Cath Lab will provide scrubs and a lead apron for cases. IR experience a plus. Previous travel experience preferred. -AHA BLS &amp; AHA ACLS, NIH required; must also have KY or compact license. -Flu vaccine required- declinations not accepted. Medical and religious exemptions approved on a case by case basis. -Float required within scope of practice. Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated. -You must have housing within 30 minutes for STEMI (heart attack) call. DISCLOSURE: ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 for the two weeks’ pay period unless notated otherwise on job order. Ratios can fluctuate with census, call in, etc. Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Resource must reside at least 75 miles from facility to be considered, locals not accepted. Assignment confirmation needs to be signed within 24 hrs of an offer.  Driver's license required in all submission packets.
