Description

Travel Stepdown | Neuro/Surgical Telemetry RN – Days | JOB ID : 800586

3×12-hour shifts, 6:45 a.m.–7:15 p.m.
No on-call requirements
Minimum 1 year of MS/Tele experience required
First-time travelers and local candidates accepted
Travel experience preferred
Active Tennessee or compact RN license required at submission
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
Recent Epic experience required and must be documented on profile
Must pass Epic competency exam; one attempt allowed
Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:4–5
Float to other MS/Tele units or low-acuity ICU patients as needed
3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
Holiday availability required
No block scheduling or special schedule requests
All requested time off must be disclosed at submission
COVID-19 vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions considered
Flu vaccine required; no exemptions
