Mother Baby RN - Job Summary
Specialty: Mother Baby Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift & Schedule:
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- 3x12-hour shifts
- Every other weekend required
- 3 out of 6 holidays required
- No on-call requirement
- No float requirement
Required Qualifications:
- Active NJ RN License or Multi-State Compact RN License
- BLS (AHA)
- NRP Certification
- ASN Degree
- AWHONN-Advanced or C-EFM Certification (required for HMH facilities except JSUMC)
- Minimum 3+ years of recent Mother Baby experience
Required Skills:
- Mother Baby couplet care
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN Degree
Must-Have Requirements:
- Mother Baby experience
- Mother Baby couplet care
- BLS (AHA)
- NRP Certification
- AWHONN-Advanced or C-EFM Certification
- NJ RN License or Compact RN License
