Description

RN | Operating Room (OR)

📍 Location: Florence, SC
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room
Contract: 13 weeks with possibility of extension
Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Schedule: Flexible scheduling; includes weekends and call

Position Overview

Seeking flexible and experienced OR RNs who are comfortable working across multiple surgical service lines, including General, Neuro, Orthopedic, Robotics, and more.

Job Responsibilities

Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients throughout the surgical process.
Circulate and assist with surgical procedures across various service lines.
Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and supplies for scheduled procedures.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Monitor patients and maintain accurate documentation throughout the perioperative process.
Follow infection control, sterile technique, and patient safety standards.
Respond to urgent surgical needs and participate in weekend and on-call coverage.

Requirements

Active RN license
OR/perioperative nursing experience
Comfortable working across multiple surgical specialties
Flexibility to work weekends and call
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
