<h3>RES – Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide nursing care for LDRP/OB patients throughout the care continuum.</li><li>Perform obstetric triage and monitor patients during labor.</li><li>Assist with deliveries and provide recovery care.</li><li>Provide postpartum care to mothers.</li><li>Provide care and monitoring for newborns.</li><li>Manage patients according to established nursing standards and protocols.</li><li>Document patient care accurately in <strong>Epic</strong>.</li><li>Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team.</li><li>Float between units as needed.</li><li>Maintain safe and effective patient care in a Critical Access Hospital setting.</li></ul><h3>REQ – Requirements</h3><ul><li><strong>LDRP/OB nursing experience required</strong></li><li><strong>Seasoned travel nurse experience required</strong></li><li><strong>Epic experience required</strong></li><li>Experience with triage, labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care.</li><li>Newborn care experience required.</li><li>Must be willing to work weekends.</li><li>Must be willing to work at least one required winter holiday pair.</li><li>Ability to work varying patient ratios from <strong>1:1 to 1:6</strong>.</li></ul>
