Requirements

1+ year L&D RN experience
Valid CA RN license; compact license in hand at submission
Epic experience required
BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate required; AWHONN Advanced preferred
Sterile vaginal exam required — hard stop
Strong L&D skills including vaginal delivery, C-section, high-risk delivery, fetal monitoring, postpartum care, and neonatal resuscitation
Willing to float to postpartum/nearby sister facilities
Call may be required based on census
Weekend coverage required
No block scheduling
2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
Must be willing to float if required by the facility
