Details of Assignment:
Salary=$82,500 plus uncapped monthly bonus
Signing Bonus/ Relocation=$10,000
Center positions also have the option of a 4-day work week if someone prefers that.
Home/ Center based Talking Points:
Newer BCBAs:
•Collaboration via center meetings, region meetings and virtual office
• Orientation created for the individual BCBA in regards to their need, level of support, experience. BCBAs:
• Promoting within ABS Kids first for higher level positions
• Level of BCBA roles in place/ support infrastructure
• Uncapped monthly bonus plan starting at 26 billable hours/week (we get a lot of BCBAs impressed by this)
• Individual and group support/ collaboration • BT/ RBT growth plan (our Launch program gives them regular promotions/ pay increases/ ability to apply for our National University program where we pay for their Master’s degree)
• Reasonable caseload
