Position Overview

Genesis Healthcare System is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week travel assignment. The Pharmacist will work approximately 40 hours per week on a varied schedule, including evening and weekend coverage.

Requirements

• Active Ohio Pharmacist License in good standing – REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Experience with pharmacokinetic dosing, specifically vancomycin
• Experience with warfarin management
• Epic Willow Inpatient experience preferred, but not required
• Travelers without an active Ohio Pharmacist License will not be considered

Additional Contract Information

• Facility may cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract.
• Cancellation hours may be taken in increments other than 12-hour shifts and will be documented on the facility time report.
• Start date, end date, and all requested time off (RTO) must exactly match the confirmation page and traveler contract.
• All RTO must be disclosed at the time of submission. RTO submitted after confirmation may not be honored.
• Agency contracts must mirror the confirmation page exactly. Failure to comply may affect the agency’s status with the Genesis Healthcare vendor network.
