Location: Montgomery County, Frederick, Silver Spring & surrounding areas, Maryland

Shift: Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Schedule: 5x8 Days (Monday–Friday)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (91 Days)

Requirements

Active Maryland Physical Therapist License (or Compact license if applicable)
BLS Certification
1 year Home Health experience required (job description)
Adult Home Health experience
Ability to complete 6–7 patient visits per day
