Simplified Shift Details

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Shift Type: Night Shift
Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend
ER RN Job Duties

Provide direct nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department with acute, urgent, and emergent conditions.
Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, vital signs, and ongoing monitoring.
Prioritize patient care based on acuity and clinical condition.
Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and treatments as ordered.
Manage patients with trauma, cardiac, respiratory, neurological, and other emergency conditions.
Assist with emergency procedures, resuscitation, and stabilization of critically ill patients.
Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes requiring immediate intervention.
Perform wound care, dressing changes, specimen collection, and other nursing procedures.
Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
