Description
LTC LVN/LPN – Travel Contract
Specialty: LTC LVN/LPN
Start: 11/03/2026
Contract: 13 or 26 weeks
Shift: 4×12 hours — Days 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or Nights 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Guaranteed: 60 hrs/2 weeks
Ratio: 1:20
Facility: Long-Term Care | 40 beds
Charting: ECSP
Scrubs: Any color
🚨 Must-Haves
- 1+ year LTC experience
- Previous travel experience – REQUIRED
- Alaska RN/LPN/LVN license MUST be in hand
- BLS – REQUIRED
- LTC experience – REQUIRED
- ECSP/charting experience
- Must be willing to float within scope
- Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility
- First-time travelers NOT accepted

Other Important Details
- No block scheduling
- No day/night rotation normally; clinician will be assigned either days or nights based on facility needs.
- May be called off 1×12-hour shift per 2 weeks
- RTO:
- 13-week: max 1 week
- 26-week: max 2 weeks
- Must submit RTO with submission
- Must work at least 2 of 3 major winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's.
- Alaska Food Worker Certification obtained during orientation; $10 one-time fee.
- Facility provides shuttle transportation to/from Anchorage at beginning/end of contract.
- Local shuttle available in Seward.
