Registered Nurse | Night Shift

Schedule: 3×12-hour nights, 7 p.m.–7 a.m.
Weekly Hours: 36
Weekends & Holidays: As needed

Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care using evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete and document assessments, identify risks, and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer treatments and monitor patient responses.
• Recognize and communicate changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, recovery, and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with the care team and Case Management.
• Delegate appropriately and oversee assigned patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including fall prevention, pressure injury prevention, and infection reduction.
