Description
JOB COMMENTS/REQUIREMENTS: Level I Trauma facility with over 600+ beds; must have minimum 2 years postpartum experience in a high acuity hospital and previous travel experience to be considered. Navy scrubs.
AZ RESIDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ASSIGNMENTS IN ANY ARIZONA FACILITY!
· Must have a minimum of 24 months Postpartum experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]
· Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED]
· No hits on state license to practice - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
· RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - [REQUIRED]
· Candidate driver’s license to verify residency - [REQUIRED]
· Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]

· Postpartum skills checklist must be completed in last 12 months [REQUIRED]

· Active NRP certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
