Provide nursing care to acutely ill patients through assessment, individualized care planning, treatment, and ongoing evaluation.

Scheduling Requirements

• Night shift.
• No block scheduling.
• Floating required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, recognizing and responding quickly to changes.
• Safely administer medications and implement nursing and physician orders.
• Coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with patients and families.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
• Delegate appropriately and maintain patient safety and infection prevention standards.
• Complete required competencies and education, practicing within California RN scope and hospital policies.
