Description
Pharmacist | Oklahoma City, OK | $2,940.20/week
Start: ASAP | Multiple Openings (2)
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Shift: Rotating Days (Mon–Fri)
• 8:00–5:00 | 8:30–5:30 | 9:00–6:00
On-Call: 1 weekend/month (Fri evening – Mon morning)
Requirements
• BS Pharmacy (PharmD preferred)
• Active Pharmacist License (OK or eligible)
• 1–2+ years acute care or home infusion experience
• Sterile compounding experience (USP 797/800)
• Strong clinical & drug therapy management skills
Responsibilities
• Review & verify medication orders
• Monitor and evaluate drug therapy for home care patients
• Sterile compounding (TPN, antibiotics, chemo, etc.)
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams
• Provide patient and provider education
• Maintain documentation and compliance standards
