Description
Counselor – Job Details
Schedule
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Must be available for weekday and weekend coverage
- Schedule will be discussed during the interview
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group and family sessions
- Document client progress and update care plans
- Provide crisis intervention and aftercare planning
- Collaborate with referral sources, insurance, and care teams
- Deliver education to clients, families, and the community
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or Health Services – Required
- Counseling internship/practicum experience – Required
- Acceptable licenses: LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC
- Must have addiction recovery experience
- Pennsylvania (PA) license required
