Description
8H Days 8 hour days, M-F with some weekends and holidays in rotation with staff
Scrubs: Polo (Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, Chocolate Brown) or business casual.
General job duties. Types of procedures required. Physical therapy evaluation and treatment; outpatient, inpatient, home care and PTA supervision (NO LTC)Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.
EPIC Computer Charting; Ultrasound, Estim,Tractium Ionto
Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Ortho and Rehab Skills, 1+ years experience
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS, MN PT License, MN Background Study
Shift or schedule requirements.8-430 with some flexibility; M-F; Minimal weekend/holiday required
Floating to other units/departments. Only Therapy, but may float to other locationsBed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.Nice outpatient department with wellness center; 15 bed hospitalDress Code:Casual Dress; ScrubsTell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program.Training for EPIC as needed; manager available at all times
